Pubs and Markets

England is known for its pubs and its markets. We have been spending our evenings checking out different pubs inside and out. Every street corner seems to have one and they all have the same welcoming look. They usually serve inexpensive food that is quite delicious and we found that combination to be too hard to ignore. Our favourite one was the cozy local The Old White Lion down the street. Just imagine Tim Hortons with a little variation in the beverage, food, and decore department. And we'll bet you never thought of your local Timmy's as cozy. Exploring local markets is another of our favourite hobbies. We visited Camden Town and Covent Garden markets which seemed to have everything from A to Z and beyond. Our favourite area was the food court where it was a regular Folklorama on steriods. Although it didn't qualify as a market, Harrods was fun to visit because it was soooo over the top in every department.
